I would just like to say how thankful I am to everyone at riverside. This is a old school second hand dealer. Not there to steal your money or put you under pressure. I've had a great experience here when buying our seat altea. We traded a older car and got more then a fair price on the trade. We agreed on a price for the altea with the trade in and for a 100pound contribute we got a cambelt and water pump fitted. I had one problem that I wasn't keen about when test driving the car which was noted and sorted without any bother or bad experiences. I'll be honest there is alot of work and effort that goes into the cars before there sold. The price of my car was suitable for its condition and I was very happy with it as it. I was over the moon with the customer service that was given and the phone call updates shows a real professional company. I can assure the customer service would be the same if you spent 1000pound or 100000pound. I would give more then 5 stars but 5 is the max. Cheer

My family have used Riverside Autos for many, many years. We use them for our MOTs and Services and when we found ourselves car-less less than a week before I was due to give birth they helped us find the perfect replacement with no stress at all (at a time when everything else seemed stressful!). I cannot fault their service, their prices or their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.
